1. How does the forwarding reseller opportunity work?
It's very simply. You apply for a reseller ID and once approved, you can
activate actual accounts (after funds are added to your account). You
sell the forwarding/URL redirection services and charge your clients any price
you wish. You simply pocket the different between what you charge them
and what you pay us. Your forwarding service clients are your clients in every sense of the way.
2. How do I add funds to my forwarding reseller account?
To activate new URL redirection accounts (or to renew existing ones), you must have sufficient
funds in your forwarding reseller account. Funds can be added in the reseller management
area via credit card or via PalPal or via Money Order. There is a $20 minimum
for all forwarding reseller account deposits.
3. Can unused funds in my forwarding reseller account be refunded?
Once a URL redirection account has been activated or renewed, funds use to activate/renew
are not refundable. Unused funds in a forwarding reseller account will be refunded
60 days after receipt of request and are subject to a 10% processing fee.
4. Can the URL redirection service be private labeled?
Absolutely. The forwarding service can be private labeled on different levels (all can be
combined)to ensure your clients never hear about us. This is free and optional.
a) Custom emails.
The URL redirection reseller account management area will allow you to specify email address,
company name, URL, service renewal URL which will be used in emails going out
to endusers. Endusers are sent emails when their account activates or when it
is about to expire (30,7 and 1 day prior to expiration). You can disable these emailed 'URL redirection status' notifications if you wish.
b) Generic URL redirection 'Account Management' area.
A generic account management area is available at :

If you have a domain name hosted with us, we can create say members.your_domain.com where your
URL forwarding clients can log in to manage their account. There is no charge (no setup, no monthly) for this.
If you are not hosted by us, we'll gladly provide you with instruction on how to set this up or have your host set it up. All it takes is 1 entry in DNS for your domain.
c) Html templates.
This allow you to add your own graphics/text/html to the generic forwarding 'URL Account Management'
area. Click on the below URL's to see how this works.
You provide us with two files, one with the .html code to be show at the top of every page,
the other with the .html code to be shown at the bottom of every page. This option is available
at no charge to any reseller who has at least 3 active domain redirection - URL forwarding accounts.
